NSS Magazine × Moncler 70
The story of NSS Magazine x Moncler 70: multicamera live streaming without a single cable run in Piazza del Duomo, plus branded content, in the heart of Milan.

The project
A branded project for an iconic anniversary, to be told with an editorial, contemporary language, in the heart of Milan.
Artide produced the video content for the initiative, working on the visual tone required by the brand and the magazine, balancing rhythm, detail and sense of place.
For the evening show we also handled the live stream: three camera positions between the square and the terraces above it, connected over bonded 4G/5G to the control room in Artide's Milan studio — no cable runs, no mains power, with tens of thousands of people in attendance.
The result is a single pipeline: the live broadcast of the event plus a set of consistent assets for editorial and social channels, from idea to final cut.
Going live from Piazza del Duomo, with tens of thousands of people, means working in a space you can neither fence off nor cable: no cable runs, no mains power, and three positions far apart — the centre of the square, the City Hall terrace and the Terrazza Aperol.
On top of that came a strict client constraint on on-site staff: the whole event had to be covered by a four-person team. Every signal had to reach the control room with broadcast quality and the stability of a live show with no second chance, in one of the most congested RF environments in Italy.
What we did
Distributed multicam coverage
Three URSA Broadcast cameras with broadcast lenses on three complementary viewpoints: the heart of the square, the City Hall terrace and the Terrazza Aperol. Fixed, fully self-contained battery-powered positions, telling the show, the crowd and the Duomo together — at night.
Bonded transmission & remote production
Each camera transmitted over bonded 4G/5G to the remote control room in Artide's Milan studio, with audio taken from the event's FOH. Zero cables in the square, a setup invisible to the public and an on-site crew of just four people.
Direction, streaming & highlights
From the studio: mixing of the three feeds, live direction and distribution of the stream. After the event, highlights and cuts designed for NSS Magazine's editorial and social channels.
